What is included in the tuition?
Your tuition includes everything needed to complete the Dental Assistant Program, including online coursework, clinical immersion, a supervised externship, industry-recognized certifications, and the books and supplies required for the program. You’ll also receive a Dental Assisting Certificate of Completion after successfully meeting all program requirements.
Do you offer financial aid?
No. Avid Dental Academy doesn’t offer financial aid. However, we do provide an interest-free installment plan that allows students to spread the total program cost over the duration of the program.
What happens if I need to withdraw from the program?
Students who need to withdraw from the Dental Assistant Program should contact Avid Dental Academy as soon as possible. Complete information about withdrawal procedures, refund eligibility, and related policies can be found in the School Catalog.
Is the cost of the DANB (Dental Assisting National Board) exam included?
No. The cost of the DANB exam isn’t included in the tuition. Students are responsible for any fees associated with certification exams that are completed outside of the program.
Will the school help me find a job after graduation?
No. Avid Dental Academy doesn’t guarantee employment or provide job placement services. However, students receive career readiness support through resume guidance, interview preparation, professional etiquette coaching, and exposure to real dental team workflows to help prepare for entry-level opportunities in dental assisting.
